13 May, 2012  -  Received two prototype shelf joints from Ponoko last week.  Looks like we have a 50% batting average since we chucked the clip tenons joint (too fragile) and decided to refine the hammer tenons joint. 

Once we finalize the joint design process we'll be ready to move on to overall shelf design.  We look forward to soliciting your help when we work through the design aesthetics.
